Here are some photos of the energetic and eccentric band, CocoRosie. These sisters stole my heart a few months ago after a friend highly recommended their interesting “freak folk” sound. After a tasty and surreal show at the Belly Up, I’m totally hooked. Bianca (Coco) and Sierra (Rosie) are with the talented people at Sub Pop Records, who obviously know how to find incredible artists (The Postal Service, Dum Dum Girls, Fleet Foxes, The Shins!!)

Almost two years ago I photographed Natalie and Josh’s wedding and had so much fun with them and their families. A few weeks ago, I got to take photos of their nephew’s first birthday party and see some of the family again!  It was the shared party of two charming little boys Carson+Braxton. Enjoy!

I have very exciting news! San Diego friends– make sure to set your DVR’s this Saturday night to see some photos I took for NBC San Diego’s new late night music show, SoundDiego! It airs after Saturday Night Live every week, and my photos are in the intro! For my non San Diego friends–here are a few of the images!  This was such a fun project!
